Welcome to The Island Fund. By accessing or using our website at ax0bbe-0j.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, transmit harmful code, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our ability but subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price, is out of stock, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Made-to-Order Production

Every sticker is printed and cut after you place your order. Production takes 1–5 business days before shipping. Because of this, all sales are final once production begins. See our Refund Policy for our replacement process for defective items.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, text, logos, and content on this Site are owned by The Island Fund or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a sticker grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that physical sticker. It does not grant you rights to the underlying design.

5. Custom B2B Orders

We offer custom sticker production for businesses. Custom orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of order, including production timelines, design approval, and payment terms. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

6. User Conduct

If you interact with us via email, social media, or any other channel, please be respectful. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior toward our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Island Fund is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Island Fund from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
